Rezumat | ||||||
It was investigated the influence of ecological pure substance Vapor Gard to dehydration of tissues and biochemical composition of apple and plum fruits in the process of their formation, maturation and storage. The fruits were treated in the garden of this substance with a concentration of 1% and 1,5%. It is established that the lowest moisture loss and optimal biochemical composition occurred while processing 1,5% solution of Vapor Gard (protective film thickness of 73...116 mkm). |
