Rezumat | ||||||
Ensuring the promotion of gender equality in the economic, political and social life of women and men is the basis for respecting the fundamental human rights of the citizens. The need to ensure the implementation of multisectoral policy documents, would reduce the existing nonbalance in the context of national efforts for poverty eradication and reforming the public sector, of promoting and guaranteeing fundamental human rights and visible deficiencies in the field of gender equality, would take into account the different needs of women and men in society. The gender perspective means planning missions and purposes, creating strategies and policies, taking into account both women’s and men needs, based on the analysis of differention of the situation. |
