Rezumat

An efficient plant regeneration protocol for Actinidia chinensis was developed via organogenesis from leaf and petiole explants in vitro. The effects of culture medium MS, B5 and S 2,5 with different combinations of growth regulators (BAP+ANA; zeatin-ANA; IBA+BAP) were study. It was possible to induced callus for both types of explants. For this proposals the best results were obtained on S 2,5 medium added with 1mg/l zeatin and 0,02mg/l ANA and 25 g sucrose/litre, pH=7,0. After 4-5 weeks of culture, the shoot regeneration was observed only on S 2,5 medium containing 1,0 mg/l BAP and 1,0 mg/l GA3 and 25 g sucrose/litre, pH=7,0. For rooting, developed shoots were obtained on MS medium in the presence of BAP and IBA. Regenerated plantlets were successfully transplanted to soil and they are actively growing in green house.
