<description xml:lang='ru' descriptionType='Abstract'><p>В научной статье приведено понятие административно-правовых отношений в области ветеринарной медицины. Определена система субъектов административно-правовых отношений в области ветеринарной медицины. Отмечено, что административно-правовые отношения в области ветеринарной медицины характеризуются следующими особенностями: 1) являются структурированными императивными устойчивыми связями между субъектами ветеринарной медицины, которые возникают на основании нормы административного права; 2) они возникают в сфере публичного управления; 3) являются двух- или многосторонними, где одной из сторон обязательно является субъект властных полномочий; 4) могут иметь как императивный, так и диспозитивный характер; 5) состоят из субъекта, объекта, содержания, юридических фактов; 6) охраняются и защищаются государством.</p></description>
<description xml:lang='en' descriptionType='Abstract'><p>In the given scientific the concept of administrative-legal relations in the field of veterinary medicine is presented. The system of subjects of administrative-legal relations in the field of veterinary medicine is determined. It is noted that the administrative-legal relations in the field of veterinary medicine are characterized by the following features: 1) are structural imperative stable relations between the subjects of veterinary medicine, which arise on the basis of the norms of administrative law; 2) they arise in the field of public administration; 3) are bilateral or multilateral, where one of the parties is necessarily a subject of authority; 4) can have both imperative and dispositive character; 5) consist of the subject, object, content, legal facts; 6) are protected and protected by the state.</p></description>
