Определена система субъектов административно-правовых отношений в области ветеринарной медицины. Отмечено, что административно-правовые отношения в области ветеринарной медицины характеризуются следующими особенностями: 1) являются структурированными императивными устойчивыми связями между субъектами ветеринарной медицины, которые возникают на основании нормы административного права; 2) они возникают в сфере публичного управления; 3) являются двух- или многосторонними, где одной из сторон обязательно является субъект властных полномочий; 4) могут иметь как императивный, так и диспозитивный характер; 5) состоят из субъекта, объекта, содержания, юридических фактов; 6) охраняются и защищаются государством.</p></cfAbstr>

The system of subjects of administrative-legal relations in the field of veterinary medicine is determined.
