The article represents an analysis of the UN’s role in the domain of preventing and fighting delinquency. The author gives a short overview of UN’s activity in the mentioned domain. All UN’s preoccupations referring to the domain of preventing and fighting delinquency found there materialization in some main directions, for the fulfillment of which is mostly responsible the UN Commission for crime prevention of penal justice. The author also presents the most important Institutes with a rich criminological potential and equipment. |
