The article deals with the effective social practices realized by nongovernmental organizations in the European states. These include legislative base, exact forms of activity in the field of services, financing, as well as interactions between the nongovernmental organizations and government institutions. The output is the necessity to study the European experience and to adapt it to the Moldovan environment. |
