Rezumat

In the article the author considers the grounds for bringing to administrative responsibility for violations in the field of labor protection. The criteria for distinguishing crimes and misdemeanors (offenses) connected with violation of the rules of labor protection and the right to labor protection are considered. The practice of the European Court of Human Rights regarding the delimitation of criminal and administrative acts is given. Recommendations are formulated to improve the effectiveness of the current legislation on administrative liability.
