Rezumat

The paper presents the principle of the device, which is designed for interconnection of the two power systems. The installation is able to implement interconnections with alternating current, as well as control the power flow in both directions. For developed technical solutions a model for the analysis of regimes is given. In addition it is developed the installation management strategy that allow to maintain a specified level of exchange power with an error of less than 5%, to exclude over currents and keeping the total harmonic distortion less than 0.2%, which is 10 times less than what is permitted. The proposed technical solution can easy replace DC link at a cost substantially lower.
