The relevance of the topic is conditioned by the need to reform the legislation regulating the activities of central and local public administration bodies. The rapprochement of the Republic of Moldova with the European Union is possible only in the conditions of the state, in which structures with a high hierarchy are replaced by decentralized, transparent and flexible structures based on the rule of law, civil rights and freedoms. The decentralization of power and the empowerment of local public administration by real power will ensure the comprehensive development of the regions.
