Manynatural phenomena and the functioning of a large number of technical devices are accompanied by the emission of mechanical energy,which turns in to use less heat in the atmosphere. In technology these phenomen a could be: mechanisms of idle motion, vibrations of un balanced masses and irrational control of machines. The simple mechanical system, here described, allows to improve casual and chaotic motions of various bodies in ranked unilateral rotation of the executive organ (output unit) with beforehand limited unevenness.
