In the present work, the author make a great analysis of new European Strategy in sphere of drugs for the 2005-2015 years adopted by Council of Europe. In the same time, we make references at the aspects of cooperation’s ways for the purpose of drug’s reduction. The author pay attention to the fact that Republic Moldova, in the goal of commitment’s execution stipulated in Agreement of Partnership European Union – Republic Moldova, must put emphasis on cooperation with member states of European Union and with european institutions for cooperation in the field of prevention and
fighting with organized crime connected with drugs and reduction of drug’s supply and demand. Republic Moldova will intensify the cooperation with original states of drugs and with these lied on international routes of drugs’ trafficking.
