The terrorism is a physical, psychological violence till the physical destruction, with re­gard to the political adversary, the control system based on the fear, applying the di­fferent requirements. To eliminate this phenomenon, it’s indispensable to clearly discern the ways, reasons, strategies, methods, possibilities that control the terrorists and ways to avoid the terroristic danger. The modern terrorists are agents of forceful structures with an agreea­ble material and financial and economical resources. The modern terrorism is a group opera­tion. The aim of any terroristic act is aggression, exaction, bringing the economic detriment for the commonwealth, rendering the protest against the policy of the government, political array, national policy. It’s the action of comeuppance, the complexity of international interco­urses: religious, military, political and physical slaughter.
