Transformational leadership is a new management approach that is opposite to transactional management, being beyond cost-benefit approaches and focusing on inspiration. This paper nuances the transfer between human capital and natural capital by using leadership as corporate tool for an efficient and transformational transfer between the two components for microeconomic and macroeconomic growth (human capital and natural capital). |
