<description xml:lang='ru' descriptionType='Abstract'>В научной статье рассматривается совокупность условий и факторов, оказывающих влияние на профессионально-личностное становление и развитие студента в среде вуза. Дана развернутая характеристика структуры формирующе-развивающей среды вуза, конкретизированы факторы, влияющие на формирование профессионально-личностных качеств студента опосредованно и непосредственно. Особое внимание уделено роли личности студента как активного субъекта деятельности, индивидуальный путь профессионального становления которого осуществляется как многократный переход от одной стадии развития к другой в условиях формирующе-развивающей среды вуза.	</description>
<description xml:lang='en' descriptionType='Abstract'>This article deals with the combination of conditions and factors influencing the vocational and personal development of a student in the environment of a higher education institute. This work also gives a detailed description of the structure of the forming-and-developing university environment, describes factors influencing the development of the student’s professional qualities directly and indirectly. Special attention is given to the role of a student as an active subject of the activities, whose individual career path is the multiple transitions from one stage of development to another in the forming-and-developing university environment. </description>
