Rezumat

The information regarding the local taxes have a public interest and the local government authorities have the obligation to ensure free access to them. The money resources made up of local taxes are used for the public expenditures and their financing is provided from the local budgets, according to the law. The juristic persons are those entities represented by those individuals, legally registered, who have a distinct heritage, for the purpose of developing an activity.
