LYMPHADENOPATHY AND THEIR IMPORTANCE IN ONCOLOGICAL VIGIL ANCE Summary: Pathological processes of the lymph nodes are considered to occur very often.In connection with various sites of lymph nodes affected, patients have to look for a specialized medical assistance in many fields internists, pediatricians, dentists, otorhinolaryngologists, surgeons, etc. Due to their polymorphism, lymph node pathologies have an obvious significance not only for physicians, but for patients as well. There is detailed knowledge of anatomy and lymph nodes’physiology needed, in different lymphadenopathies in order to establish a proper diagnosis and differential diagnosis as well. These aspects will give the possibility to detect both hemoblastosis and lymphadenopathies at an early stage. It is of our ptiority to elucidate all aspects by exploring lymphatic pathology, pathology of lymph nodes and lymph vessels trauma, also lymph accumulation in organs, tissues and cavities, limb lymph adenoma, and many others lymph disorders. Of course physicians will implement all their knowledge in these aspects. It is necessary to increase the oncologic vigilance and raise early detection indices of hemoblastosis, and other tumors

ЛИМФАДЕНОПАТИЯ И ЕЕ ЗНАЧЕНИЕ В ОНКОЛОГИИ Резюме: Патология лимфо узлов считается одеой из самых распространненых, в большинстве случаев больные обрашаются к разным специалистам- терапевты, педиатры, стоматологи, отоларингологи, хирурги и т.д. Детальное знание анатомии, физиологии лимфатических узлов, различных лимфаденопатией в отношении диагностики и дифференциальной диагностики дает возможность врачам раннее выявление как гемобластозами так и лимфаденопатией. Конечно же врачи будут расширять свои знания в этом аспекте. Необходимо повысить онкологическую настороженность в работе врачей и повысить показатели раннего выявления гемобластоз, раков и других опухолей.
