<dc:description xml:lang='en'>Ergative verb or ergativity itself requires a complex research by many contemporary linguistics branches. The term ergativity is not only polysemantic but is contradictory as well: fact that brings to endless discussions until present. The purpose of this article is a simple one: to present a more plausible classification of intransitive verbs, having on their basis the most successful researches of the subject, in general and Romanic linguistics.</dc:description>
