This article presents an extremely important problem for affirmation and welfare of Arab women in Israel. The author
presents the situation on Israel labor market and the conditions that favor the perpetuation of discrimination against women,
and the Arab population versus the Jewish. It also analyzed the social policies and measures to increase participation of
Arab women in the labor market. |
