Rezumat

Global education crisis, yet identified at the end of the last century, is caused by mismatch between education conducted in schooland labor market requirements. In the context of this problem, education can become a driver of change and become teachers themselves may influence the future of social resources through career guidance and career planning support person. A proper design requires firstly a proper technological education which in conjunction with the other facets of education, facilitating the socio-professional integration of the individual, and guidance in professional knowledgeable. Career guidance to the profession for students who have skills and who could exercise a maximum of social and individual efficiences requires knowledge of each individual potential, discovering qualities that would fit in a profession of vocation. The root should be sought in the original student‘s vocation specific, in unic combination of all the factors that make up mental individuality. An important condition in the relevance of orientation is deep knoeledge of students‘ choise, which should be adequate to time and Community, freely expressed and not subject to contraints such as parental, social or economic, to be realistic, etc.
