The volume The Ascension in Descension of the Romanian Language in
Bessarabia written by the Bessarabian linguist Vasile Bahnaru is a collection of articles and studies developed throughout the author’s scientific activity. Both the title of this book (with a special stylistic marking), and the diverse themes discussed therein are a call to read it.
