In this article some conditions of appearing and functioning of the constitutional regime in Russia are examined. It is remarked that the political, state and law institutions constitutionally
created in these countries, as well as the relationships between them, have a contradictory character and are in transformation. It is mostly focused on an analysis of the constitutional activities of different branches of power in this country, on highlighting the common and specific features in the functioning of these one. |
