The article is devoted to the comparative analysis of stages of political transformations in the different regions of the world. Special attention is paid to the dynamic of development of political institutions in conditions of liberalisation, the initial stage of democratisation and consolidation of democracy. The definition of ‘transformation process’ as its stage components
are given. In particular, the author analyses the institutional changes in the political system, which helps to formulate the visualisation of the interpretation of the transition to
democratic processes in those countries. |
