Avantajele materialelor compozite obţínute prin metoda de electrodepunere: realizarea unor structuri şi caracteristici adecvate, facilitatea obţinerii unei suprafeţe aderente, preţ de cost scăzut, posibilitatea ajustării automate a procesului tehnologic, excluderea altor procese mecanice ulterioare. Astfel, acoperirile compozite au cele mai bune caracteristici: microduritate, comportare la antifricţiune, anticorozive, rezistente la uzură. A fost prezentat modul de obţinere al acoperirilor compozite din soluţie de sulfat şi fibre ceramice (din sistemul binar Al2O3-SiO2), la temperatura mediului ambiant. Rolul includerii fibrelor ceramice scurte în matrice de zinc este de a îmbunătăţi stabilitatea la coroziune industrială. |

Thus covering composites have better characteristics such as: hardness degree, antifriction behavior, anticorrosive and wear resistance. It was shown that the electrodeposition composite was obtained from the sulfate solution and ceramic fibers (from binary system Al2O3-SiO2), at environment temperature.</cfAbstr> <cfAbstr cfLangCode='FR' cfTrans='o'>Les avantages des matières composites obtenus par la méthode de l’électrodépôt: la réalisation des structures et caractéristiques adéquates, la facilitation d’obtenir une surface adhérente, le prix de revient faible, la possibilité d’un réglage automatique du procès technologique, l’exclusion d’autres processus mécaniques ultérieurs. De la sorte, les recouvrements composites ont les meilleures caractéristiques: microdureté, comportement antifriction, propriétés anticorrosion et résistance à l’usure.
