The system of evaluating the professional competences based on the occupational standards allows verifying the relation between the result of professional formation and the demands of employment. This system, as well, allows validating the competences, regardless of the way they were obtained, in the formal system, independently or at the job. Obtaining a certificate of
professional competences in the domain of trade can increase the chances of employment and development in the career in the economic domain. |
