Competition is an instrument of market relations, which is reflected especially in the domain of trade. Although the volume of sales in the country is growing, the trade in the Consumer Cooperative system is in deadlock. To meet the market’s requirements and in order to develop, there is a need to perform some actions of partners’ and customers’ loyalty. And to maintain the market position, the co-operative stores should move towards a new concept, the store- an entertainment center. |
