În articol sunt reflectate problemele ce ţin de identificarea riscurilor la formarea şi realizarea proiectelor investiţionale. Din punct de vedere practic, sunt analizate metode cu ajutorul cărora se evaluează nivelul de risc al proiectelor investiţionale. Au fost urmărite problemele privind fenomenul curbei de indiferenţă a pieţei la alcătuirea bugetelor totale şi determinarea riscului sistematic al proiectelor. În legătură cu aceasta, au fost cercetate problemele legate de dificultatea evaluării acestui tip de risc cu specificarea celor mai optime metode.

In the submitted article questions of identification of risks are reflected at formation and an embodiment during the life of investment projects. From the practical point of view the method, with the help which the estimation of a risk level of this or that project is carried out, are analysed. Consideration, problems of a phenomenon of a line of safety of the market is made at drawing up of the capital budget and calculation individual design beta. Besides it the analysis of problems connected with difficulty of a problem of an estimation of market risk of the project with the indication of the most comprehensible methods is made.
