Our study includes highlights drawn from a longitudinal qualitative research conducted within a postdoctoral program on the universal competencies needed for school managers and teaching staff working in an inclusive school. Based on national and international normative acts, inclusive leadership should fall within the parameters of quality education, respecting the rights of children with special educational needs and ensuring their effective integration into society. |
