The issue of e-justice in recent years has been significantly updated in connection with the ongoing judicial reform and the intensification of the processes of introducing e-justice into judicial practice. However, this issue is still characterized by some “gaps” in the development of general theoretical and methodological foundations and conceptual concepts. Based on this, the scientific understanding of the phenomenon under study is still relevant. |
