Integration of Informative and Communicative Technology (ICT) in modern systems of evaluation/monitoring represents the possibility to extend objective assessment of the quality university education process, based on European evaluation standards through the development of assessment information system (SIE). The necessity of Automatization of evaluation system consists in: the diversity of standards and quality requirements for the educational process, the complexity of quality assessment, high amount of routine work, the necessity of qualified personnel.
