Rezumat

The study of students’ skills in using MS Word and MS Excel is currently relevant as these two programs are frequently used in various fields and are essential for professional career development. The aim of this research is to evaluate the level of competence of students in using MS Word and MS Excel and to identify the main training methods and teaching strategies used to improve these skills. The research methods used in this study include analysis of relevant bibliographic sources in the field, as well as an online survey applied to a representative sample of students. The survey included questions about students’ experience and level of comfort in using MS Word and MS Excel, as well as their preferred teaching and training methods for improving these skills. The results obtained showed that the majority of students have basic knowledge in using MS Word and MS Excel, but they want to improve their skills and learn new functions and geatures of these programs. Additionally, students prefer interactive and practical teaching and training methods, such as practical exercises and video tutorials.
