Invenţia se referă la chimie şi medicină, şi anume la un compus coordinativ de cupru biologic activ din clasa izotiosemicarbazidaţilor metalelor de tranziţie. Acest complex inhibă exacerbarea proceselor de afectare a moleculelor organice cu radicali superoxizi în organism. Datorită acestor proprietăţi el poate găsi aplicare în medicină în calitate de inhibitor a radicalilor superoxizi în organism, prevenind astfel dezvoltarea leziunilor celulare și tisulare, ateroscleroza și carcinogeneza. Esenţa invenţiei constă în obţinerea unui inhibitor sintetic a radicalilor superoxizi în baza nitrato-[2-({2-[(etilsulfanil)(prop-2-en-1-il) carbonoimidoil]-hidraziniliden}metil)fenolato] aquacupru. Сompusul revendicat extinde arsenalul de inhibitori a radicalilor superoxizi sintetici cu activitate biologică înaltă. The invention relates to chemistry and medicine, namely to a coordinating compound of biologically active copper of theclass of isothiomicarbazide of transitionmetals. This complex inhibits the exacerbation of the processes of affecting organic molecules with superoxide radicals in the body. Due to these properties he can find application in medicine as an inhibitor of superoxide radicals in the body, thus preventing the development of cellular and tissue lesions, atherosclerosis and carcinogenesis. Summary of the invention consists in the synthesis of a synthetic inhibitor of the superoxide radicals based on nitrate- [2 - ({2 - [(ethylsulfanyl) (prop-2-en- 1 -yl) carbonoimidoyl] hydrazinylidene} methyl)aquacopper. The claimed compound extendsthe arsenal of inhibitors of synthetic superoxide radicals with high biological activity.
