Rezumat

The research carried out in 2022-2023 estimates the investigations on some pathogens affecting autumn barley in order to develop and implement new eco-friendly chemical remedies in the integrated protection system, under the environmental conditions of the Central Zone of the Republic of Moldova. The experiments were made in the framework of State testing on new fungicidal preparations such as: Amistar Prime, SE, Ampir, SC and Lot no. 1, SC, carried out on autumn barley, Speranța cultivar, in the "VatraRăzășească" Production Association, Ialoveni district. Autumn barley plants are affected by a complex of pathogenic agents, which include over ten species of diverse fungal nature, which annually cause serious damage, such as: Ustilago tritici, Tilletia caries, T. foetida, Puccinia recondita, P. glumarum, P. graminis, Erysiphe graminis, Fusarium graminearum, Septoria tritici, S. graminum, Helminthosporium tritici-repentis. Our research was aimed at testing the remedies: Amistar PRIME, SE, Ampir, SC and Lot nr.1, SC with fungicidal action in combating key diseases that affect barley. The frequency and intensity of the attack reached, in the years 2022-2023, values of 13-22%, being influenced by environmental factors, and the biological efficiency of the treatments, on the experimental sectors, with the new fungicidal remedies was 85-93%, at the level of the benchmark variant compared to the variants and doses applied.
