In a democratic state, power is exercised by special bodies that represent three branches of this power: legislative, executive and judicial. The separation of these powers is provided for by the constitutions of all contemporary democratic states. But in different states the separation of powers has its own specificity. However, common to all states is the rule, according to which the three branches of power cannot act separately, cannot make definitive decisions, nor can they unite under the leadership of one of them |
