Rezumat | ||||||
The provision of quality education in legal sciences is the essential premise for the training of highly qualified legal professionals. The need for such education is felt not only in developing or underdeveloped states, but also in developed states, which constantly undertake various measures to respond to new challenges and demands of society. Teaching in legal professional sphere aims to prepare students for the future by approaching law as an international discipline and challenging them to construct their own understanding of law from multiple sources. This European-oriented curriculum excludes the study of law from a particular national legal system and teaches law and legal method in a European and comparative way, combining the teaching method of comparative law and problem-based learning. Therefore, the Faculty of Law must train students in a way that allows them to develop "transversal intellectual skills" |
