Rezumat

At the Fruit Research Station of Cluj, ex vitro rooting and acclimation experiments were done for some thorny and thornless blacberry geotypes (Rubus laciniatus, Rubus fruticosus) from the germplasm fund of the institution. The 4 blackberry genotypes were propagated in vitro on MS 0,7 mg/l BAP medium and the shoots obtained in the multiplication phase were transferred ex vitro for rooting and acclimation in fl oat hydroponics, such eliminating the in vitro rooting phase and the need for acclimation in solid substrate.
