This report is dedicated to the subject regarding the research of the component elements of the institution of disciplinary liability of employees in the sphere of work. In this regard, an analysis of the definitions of the disciplinary liability of employees in the labour sphere was carried out, made up of doctrinal opinions, these being collected both from the sources of local inspiration, as well as from the works of the authors of foreign countries. Through the prism of the doctrine of labour law, as well as that of the general theory of law, the component elements of the institution of disciplinary liability of employees have been traced and researched. From the analyses carried out, we find it useful to note that the doctrine in this sense proposes some conclusions that can be developed and accommodated to solve some practical problems, aroused during the management of labour relations, in the procedure of holding employees to disciplinary responsibility. |
