Rezumat

Heteronuclear copper-, nickel-, or cobalt-containing rare-earth salicylidenesemicarbazidates 2LnL3 · M(NO3)2 · nH2O and LnL3 · M(NO3)2 · 9H2O were synthesized. The compositions of the compounds were determined by elemental analysis, IR spectroscopy, magnetochemistry, and thermogravimetry, and the plausible structures are suggested. The compounds were found to be low-resistance dielectrics. X-ray powder diffraction analysis showed that some of them gave perovskite-like double oxides as pyrolysis products.
