<description xml:lang='en' descriptionType='Abstract'>An ascending economic development and the improvement of competition of the Republic of Moldova on an international scale would firstly imply an investment policy oriented towards
increasing the level of investment attractiveness. Acting within a competitiveness environment, at regional and global levels, countries are in permanent competition, including in the domain of attracting foreign investments. Foreign experience shows that one of the most important factors for
attracting foreign capital is the existence of a favorable juridical environment, a stable legislative base, that would ensure a maximum efficient protection of the interests of the investor and other participants involved in the investment process.</description>
