Rezumat | ||||||
This article presents an experimental electrical system that was developed at the Technical University of Moldova as a result of cooperation between researchers from the Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering and Production Engineering Departments in conducting joint research on the effectiveness of the dehydration process for agricultural products. The main results obtained by using the developed system for dehydration of agricultural products are: increased operational reliability and speed of the dehydration process, reduced heat treatment time and electric energy consumption, improved product quality and reduced processing costs. |
