In the context of the modernizations of labor relations new ways of providing work appear, which have a more flexible character, oriented towards increasing productivity and competitineness on the labour market both globally and nationally, The labour market is constantly changing and tends to adapt to the new trends both locally and internationally. Thus, in addition to the typical legal employment relationships, various forms of work performance have appeared that vary more or less from the typical ones and which have received the name of atypical legal employment relationships. |
