Rezumat

In a modern school, a foreign language is studied from the 2nd grade. The following goals are being implemented: - to form in children the readiness to communicate in a foreign language. - to form elementary communication skills in four types of speech activity (speaking, listening, reading, writing). - to acquaint younger schoolchildren with the world of foreign peers, with foreign song, poetry and fairy-tale folklore. - to form some universal linguistic concepts observed in native and foreign languages. MODERN EVALUATION should be: flexible, multi-instrumental, understandable, psychologically comfortable and two-part. In accordance with the provisions of the Methodology for Criteria-Based Assessment Using Descriptors (MCDE), the following types of assessment are used in foreign languages: Primary assessment (PO), Staged formative assessment (PFA) and Summative assessment (SO). Foreign language assessment criteria are of the following types: Listening, Reading, Writing and Speaking. The use of criteria-based assessment allows both teachers and students and their parents to improve the quality of teaching and learning. On the topic of the report, a lot of work was done in the portfolio of students and tracking educational achievements in the teacher's diagram. In my lessons, I use the following assessment techniques: "BLOB's Tree", "Success Emoticons" and "Pyramid". The criteria-based assessment system enables all children to actively participate in the learning process.
