| Rezumat | ||||||
The majority of Belarusian students are characterized by an average level of emotional intelligence. It was revealed that all indicators of emotional intelligence are negatively related to the sensitivity to rejection. All indicators of emotional intelligence, with the exception of control of expression, are positively related to affiliative tendency. The highest indicators of emotional intelligence are observed in students with a high affiliative tendency and low sensitivity to rejection. The lowest scores are characteristic of students with high rejection sensitivity and low affiliative tendency. |
