Rezumat

Juvenile idiopathic arthritis is one of the most common chronic diseases in children. Growth re-tardation is a common complication in children with idiopathic juvenile arthritis. It is thought to be closely related to disease activity and growth impairment. It is insufficient data to elucidate peripheral hormonal resis-tance in the process of delayed growth in children with chronic disease.
