The article highlights aspects of implementation of ISO/IEC 17025 in forensic expert activity. In particular, the importance of standardization in expert institutions is emphasized. Attention is being drawn to the fact that the accreditation certificate proves the competence of the laboratory and its technical equipment to conduct the specified types of research. The authors of the article highlight the advantages of accreditation in expert institutions, as well as identify certain shortcomings of this procedure. |
