The activity of prevention is essential and basic in a state of law. This can be of various types, but in the end having only one goal, the reduction of illegal acts committed in objective reality and the observance of the social order. Under these conditions, it is worth specifying that, carrying out the prevention activity in a certain field, it may have preventive tangents with other areas of crime. Therefore, we aim to research the field of hypothermia prevention as a form of prevention of mercenary activity. |
