The contribution of foreign investment to the economic development of countries in need of investment is not only quantitative but also qualitative. The activity of foreign investors encourages local economic agents, creates favorable conditions for the formation of new enterprises. For these reasons, there is real competition between countries willing to invest. Therefore, these countries develop and promote policies to attract foreign investment in developing economies to increase the living standards of the population. Thus, the policy of attracting investments becomes a component part of the state policy, being oriented towards the improvement of the national economy and its political content depending on the foreign investment flows.
