L’objectif principal de notre recherche constitue l'adaptation de la traduction au public de nos jours. De cette sorte, nous nous proposons une analyse comparative des deux versions du roman d’Antoine de Saint-Exupéry, Terre des hommes, la première (1967) qui reste piégée dans des limites langagières de l'usage, et l'autre, beaucoup plus récente (2014). Nous espérons que cette analyse va mettre en lumière les différences, afin d'apprendre si la version de 2014 reste la plus adaptée aux besoins langagières d'aujourd'hui et en même temps, la plus fidèle au texte-source.

The main aim of our research consists in adapting the translation to the public of nowadays. Thus, we propose a comparative analysis between the two versions of Antoine de Saint-Exupéry’s novel, Terre des homes, the first one (1967) remaining tributary to the language limits of the usage, and the other, of a much more recent date (2014). We envisage that this analysis will render the differences in order to understand whether the version of 2014 remains the most adapted to the language needs of nowadays and, at the same time, the most precise in relation to the source-text.
