One of the main directions for modernizing the economy in the Republic of Moldova is the implementation of more stringent obligations to the environment. Effective measures to protect the environment in agricultural and economic activities must correspond to the concept of sustainable development, and remain one of the most important tasks of the world community (Kazantseva et al., 2004). Ecological studies allow us to find out the state of the environment, as well as the technological situation in rural areas or in an urban area (Гордеева et al., 2008). Based on the results obtained, it is possible to make a forecast for subsequent changes in the situation in a given area and to provide practical recommendations for reducing the negative impact of anthropogenic pressure on the environment. Anthropogenic activity, including agricultural activity, causes significant damage to the natural environment, sometimes irreparable (www.worldbank.org). In this paper will be examined the appearance of the area with picturesque relief of Orhei district and the ecological status of natural resources in the village of Mitoc. The assessment of the ecological situation of the territory in the native village is based on the assessment of the state of natural and anthropic components in the locality (performed on the basis of: Land Cadaster of the Republic of Moldova; tables for locality; density of hydrographic network; population density; pesticides, mineral and organic fertilizers, the location of dangerous ecological objects in river basins, protection areas, buffer zones, etc.). The evaluation and the study were carried out according to the standards and normative acts in force for the Republic of Moldova. The data obtained show a level of anthropogenic impact on the agroland shaft for the village of Mitoc, without dangerous ecological objects. It is obvious that the ecological risk as a consequence of the level of anthropogenic impact on the territory will largely become megaindices such as: others. For the researched locality, indices for assessing the ecological status of the territory were calculated based on the data of the Land Cadaster of the Republic of Moldova.
