In the given article the author pursues the purpose to analyze and come to conclusions concerning two peace means of the sanction of the international disputes: inspection and reconciliation. Inspection means of peace settlement, to a cat to rum resort when the arguing parties miss in an estimation of the actual circumstances causing dispute or led dispute. As means of peace settlement of disputes reconciliation, unlike inspection, includes not only finding-out of actual circumstances, but also development of concrete recommendations for the parties. |
